BMW E30 HVAC Delete Panel

If you removed the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) from your E30, there will be an open hole in your firewall where outside air and water can enter the cabin. Before we installed our HVAC panel, our feet would get blasted with frigid air while driving through cold conditions. Our block-off plate covers up the hole and has a weatherstrip gasket to seal out the outside air and prevent metal-on-metal vibration.

If you deleted your HVAC, you probably did it to shave weight. Not to worry, our delete panel is made of lightweight aluminum, weighing in at 13.6 ounces (386 grams) yet is stiff enough because of the part geometry. These attach in place with plastic rivets into existing factory holes, so installation is easy and no drilling is required.
