Q: What shirt size should I order?

A: We have a sizing chart in each of the product descriptions. If you are unsure of what size to order, measure one of your favorite shirts and pick the size that is closest. Our 100% cotton shirts will shrink a little if you dry them on high heat.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For parts, there is a 30 day return policy on unopened parts. In the instance that there is a shirt with a manufacturing defect, or you just don't like the shirt, just send it back within 30 days of receiving the product and we will offer a full refund. If there is nothing wrong with the shirt, but you need a different size, you can exchange it within 30 days. Give us an email first so that we can reserve the shirt you want. You'll cover the cost of shipping it back to us, and we'll cover the cost of shipping it back.

 

Q: Why don't I see the size I want?

A: We printed our shirts in small batches, and when we sell out, we sell out. Sometimes we'll make another run of shirts if demand is strong. Other times, we'll discontinue the shirt. Send us an email to info@RedEyeGarage.com if there is something you want that is sold out. If we receive enough responses, we'll make another batch of shirts.

 

Q: Do you have a retail location?

A: We don't have a retail location, but we are located in Texas and do sell shirts at certain events in Austin, and Dallas. In addition, Winding Road Racing in Austin carries some of our apparel. Subscribe to our Facebook page and Twitter feed or newsletter to stay up to date with any events that we may be at.

 

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We don't charge sales tax unless you are shipping to a Texas address, in which case we charge 8.25% sales tax. It is a small price to pay for living in Texas. For orders shipping outside of the United States, the applicable customs taxes vary depending on which country the order is shipping to, and the customs taxes will be applied at checkout.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship internationally. We offer free shipping on most orders over $100. For some physically large items, we may add additional shipping charges, but will obtain your approval before shipping.

 

Q: Do you carry XS or XXL sizes?

A: We currently only offer most shirts in sizes S through XL, but are beginning to carry sizes up to 4X-Large. Drop us a line to request an uncommon size, and if we have enough requests, we may start to carry more of those sizes.
